Hello Andrea,
We're starting this year off with a bang--5 concerts in 6 weeks. We hope you can see us in action a time or two. We're also excited about Hope Stone's concert this weekend as well as the JCC's Dance Month going on right now. Read on to find out more!

This weekend, Hope Stone presents "la vie a pleines dents ", which means to bite life with all of one's teeth. The concert examines near-death experiences of terminally ill patients and death row inmates, giving new meaning to the cliché of "live each day like it's your last." Hope Stone dances amidst the music of Mercury Baroque and the award-winning Houston Boychoir.
The concert is in a unique performance space created solely for this concert. The company built it out of empty retail space at the new Houston's Pavilions (which also houses House of Blues, Lucky Strikes, and several upscale restaurants). The environment promises to be a refreshing viewing experience that is comfortable for all.
la vie a pleines dents with Mercury Baroque Houston Pavilions | 1201 Fannin St 2nd Level (above Yao Restaurant & Bar) Houston, TX 77002 January 12-14 @ 8pm & January 15 @ 7pm Tickets: $30

January 11- February 12, 2012 brings about the 32nd annual Dance Month at the Evelyn Rubenstein Jewish Community Center's Kaplan Theater. The festival offers performances by international artists as well as local favorites, master classes, and dance on film. We recommend the Triple Focus concert (Jan 28 and 29) and Gallim Dance of NY (Feb 11).
