This Summer: Dance with "No Limits" at the Most Extreme Dance Experience in Houston |
| Spend the summer having fun and dancing all day at No Limits Dance Camp! This intensive program trains participants in many dance styles. A new era of dance is upon us, and Dance Houston brings together professional choreographers to teach participants the latest innovations. Choreographers are highly trained in their fields of expertise and truly dedicated to their art form. They mentor participants by giving them the best advice on taking care of themselves and others so that they will improve their dance skills as well as their physical fitness and social skills. The camp best suits dancers ages 4-17 who want to learn all styles of dance. There are classes for all skill levels, and everyone is truly welcome. The classes include many styles such as contemporary, jazz, hip-hop, and dances from all over the world. Participants take four rehearsals a day in preparation for the performance on the final day of each camp session. Rehearsals are held at two Houston-area locations and the performances are held at Hobby Center for Performing Arts and The Wortham Center.

| BENEFITS Dance education is for the mind, body, and soul. It improves physical fitness, cognitive development, self-expression, and teamwork. The variety of dances taught in this camp fosters technical versatility and cultural understanding. Activities develop skills and knowledge in the areas of nutrition, discipline, self-confidence, and physical and emotional well-being.
A great benefit of No Limits is in the individual attention participants receive from the choreographers. Personalized feedback and encouragement results in a better overall performance from each participant. We are committed to helping all dancers make the most of their strengths.
The best part: it's FUN! Everyone loves the opportunity to make new friends while training together. Many participants return to camp year after year, often with friends from their schools. This camp is an established program that Dance Houston has offered for the past six summers.
